The Living Records: Tending to the Akashic Field
Weaving through all things is a vast energetic field of wisdom and support called the Akashic Records. These Records are analogous to an infinite filing system in the Universe, an energetic library, of every life your soul has lived – past, present, and future. The Records are an incredibly grounded, practical, and transformational tool that restores you to a place of autonomy on your path, activates magic and miracles, anchors you into self trust, and builds relationship to the energies within and around you that are supporting you through all of space and time. They are also a direct channel to your highest self, guides, angels, loved ones who’ve passed, spiritual masters and teachers, ancestors, and the Divine.
In this class, students will learn what the Akashic Records are, how to access them, the multitude of ways messages can be received, the difference between intuition and spirit guides, and creating ritual to integrate this practice into their everyday life. They will walk away with a deeper sense of self trust, and expanded awareness of inner resourcing and support.
Meet Your Instructor:
Jenny Bremer
Jenny Bremer is a Somatic Practitioner, an Akashic Records Reader, Teacher, and Guide, and Integrative Coach. Her methodologies uncover access to the root of pain, dysfunction, stuckness, indecisiveness due to lack of clarity, and difficulties with chaos and change, but also chart a course through the unraveling of the stories and belief systems that manifested as limitations to allow for more expanded capacity and resilience.
She facilitates an understanding in the deep connection between mind and body, making way for more spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental coherence. Jenny’s ultimate goal is to guide people through restoring sovereignty, and anchoring in to inner authority and deep self trust. Her guidance and teaching style has been described as grounded, knowledgeable, and practical, with a sprinkle of humor and refreshing relatability.
She is also a published writer and photographer, focusing on the enchanting waters of Lake Michigan and the land of Sleeping Bear Dunes. She enjoys learning about cooking and baking, and traversing layers of flavor. At her core, Jenny is an avid outdoorswoman and enjoys cycling, hiking, and sailing, believing that every day is a beach day no matter the time of year.
