The Art of Herbal Balms

Explore the magic of herbal medicine by learning how to turn plants into practical, skin-loving remedies. In this hands-on class, we’ll explore the art and science of crafting herbal salves and balms for everyday support—things you can tuck into a pocket, medicine cabinet, or bedside table.
Together, we’ll craft with herbs traditionally used for sore muscles, menstrual comfort, and first aid, while also learning how to create nourishing lip balms and supportive blends often used in breast care practices. You’ll learn how to choose herbs with intention, infuse oils, blend balms, and understand why different plants and fats are used for different needs.
This class is part herbal how-to, part sensory experience—expect rich smells, warm oils, and a deeper connection to plant allies that have been used for generations. You’ll leave with practical skills, your own handmade salves, and the confidence to keep experimenting at home.
No prior herbal experience needed—just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to get a little messy.
