Soul Journey: The Tradition of Akashic Readings

Akash, in Sanskrit, translates to “sky” or “ether.” In Hindu philosophy, Akash is known as the fifth element – alongside earth, water, fire, and air. Modern science points to the existence of this energetic field, one that permeates the entire Universe and subtly influences all that exists. In essence, The Akashic Records are your soul’s library. An infinite map containing the story of every life, thought, action, event, and experience your soul has ever had – past, present, and future. It is a direct channel to your highest self, guides, angels, loved ones who’ve passed, spiritual masters and teachers, ancestors, and the Divine. Accessing the Records is akin to opening a direct line to your library and said spiritual team, gleaning messages, insight, and guidance from energies that love and support you. Entering the Records is a practice that instills a deeper sense of self trust, clears the static, and attunes you to clarity, truth, and aligned action. In the class, students will learn what the Akashic Records are, how to access them, how to begin opening to messages and how messages can be received, and how to integrate this practice into their everyday life.
Itinerary:
Morning: We’ll start with introductions and foundations of Akashic record reading.
There will be a long break for lunch and private practice time
Afternoon: After lunch, we’ll regroup to debrief, ask questions, and close out with final thoughts and resources to continue exploring this practice.

Meet Your Instructor:

Jenny Bremer
After graduating from Cortiva Institute for Massage Therapy in Seattle, WA in 2010, she quickly recognized the limitations of treating her clients’ surface-level symptoms alone. This inspired her to develop a methodology that charted a course through the unraveling of the stories and belief systems that manifest as physical limitations, ultimately facilitating an understanding in the deep connection between mind and body.
With extensive training in therapeutic massage and bodywork, John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, energy modalities, and Vis Dialogue, Jenny blends these with her keen intuition to meet people at the threshold where mind and body converge, creating a space for deeper awareness that makes way for subtle yet profound shifts. Where magic meets real life.
In 2020, Jenny learned how to read the Akashic Records in a kismet travel experience in New Mexico. This altered the course of her life. She began offering readings for people in 2022 and went on to create The School of Records in 2023, where she teaches others to access their Records and learn the language of their energy.
Jenny is a bodyworker, Akashic Records practitioner, teacher, and coach/guide residing in Traverse City, MI. She is also a published writer and photographer, focusing on the enchanting waters of Lake Michigan and the land of Sleeping Bear Dunes. She enjoys learning about cooking and baking, and traversing layers of flavor. At her core, Jenny is an avid outdoorswoman and enjoys cycling, hiking, and sailing. She believes every day is a beach day no matter the time of year.
