This workshop will guide you through the entire kombucha brewing process, from setting up your first batch to mastering second fermentation for unique flavors. Learn about SCOBY care, troubleshooting common issues, and the health benefits of this ancient, fermented and delicious beverage. Leave with the knowledge and confidence to brew nutritious and healthy kombucha in your own kitchen. All necessary supplies included in course to continue making delicious kombucha at home.

Steve and JC Bailey
Bailey’s Farms is owned and operated by Steve and JC Bailey life-long residents of Northern Michigan. JC is a licensed MSW with a specialty in trauma informed therapy. Steve is a retired deputy from Leelanau County Sheriff’s Office.
